CollabWORK is building AI infrastructure for the "hidden job market"—distributing quality opportunities through trusted communities rather than traditional job boards. We power job content for 500+ newsletter partners including Morning Brew and 6AM City, and we run our own vertical, Nurse Ascent (10K+ subscribers and growing).
This role sits at the center of that ecosystem. You’ll help make sure the right jobs reach the right audiences—cleanly, thoughtfully, and on time.
You’ll help power one of the most visible partnerships on the platform.
Curate weekly jobs for multiple Brew audiences using strong editorial judgment
(“What are the best roles for this audience right now?”)
Build and maintain weekly job lineups; replace roles quickly as jobs expire or close
QA links and postings close to send time
Maintain clear internal notes so workflows are repeatable and easy to hand off
This is precision work that combines editorial judgment + operational rigor.
